The Botanical Distillery's Gin and Tonic Experience at Batch Winery combines the best of both worlds.
Sit back, relax with a glass of bubbles and enjoy the experience where you will be immersed into the wonderful world of gin. You will also be guided through the botanical plants and spices which are used to create gin.
Then, you will be invited to fashion your own two gin creations, to sip while enjoying the views from Coromandel to the Skytower in Auckland.
You will finish with The Batch Winery's High Tea which looks back to vintage dishes, quintessentially Waiheke favourites, updated with seasonal flavours and contemporary twists such as pavlova with roasted seasonal fruits.
