ONETANGI VISTA is a fantastic holiday home and separate cottage, set in a beautifully designed garden. The house is bright, sunny and North facing with views to the Ocean. Relax on the outdoor lounge suite on the sundrenched deck or wander to Onetangi beach and cafes.
With an open-plan layout and multiple living & dining spaces inside & out, this home is the perfect place to base your family and friends for an island holiday.
The living and kitchen space look out onto the spectacular sea view, and the bifold doors open to a spacious wrap deck and lead to the flat lawns. The separate cottage means the property is ideal for two families or additional guests who can enjoy their own space.
The main house bedrooms both open out onto the front decks and have spectacular sea views and the cottage bedrooms open out onto the lawn area
ONETANGI VISTA is a 15 – 20 min walk or 1 min drive to Onetangi beach and cafes. You can go kayaking, swimming, golfing, fishing or take advantage of Eco Zip and forest and bird walks, all short distance away. And with the Vineyards of Tantalus Estate, Te Motu, Stonyridge, Wild on Waiheke, Peacock Sky, Obsidian and Casita Miro just a 2 min drive away – you have everything you need for the perfect holiday on your doorstep!

Each stay incurs a $275 charge for quality linen, towels and exit clean

A wonderful stay
Such a lovely comfortable home to stay in- obviously well loved, and a wonderfully stocked kitchen and excellent recipe books. It felt like you were staying in a friend’s place. Great space for us- a family of parents, adult son & partner, & adult daughter- the separate cottage was great for some privacy. Quiet but only a short walk down to the beach. We just loved it- thank you so much for sharing your home. The company were excellent too- great communication, good instruction book and lovely linen.
Quiet and private with incredible views
Spent the weekend celebrating a birthday with family, had a wonderful stay. Quiet and private with incredible views. Close to the beach which was easy to walk to, but up hill on the return. Would recommend a car if you wish to visit vineyards or town, or arrange for driver service. Enjoyed our stay thoroughly.

A great stay and the entire family enjoyed it. we didn't have a car but the bus stop isn't far. felt right at home.

Beautiful setting in native bush. Well equipped. It’s well lived in but felt very cosy and we really enjoyed our stay.
Comfortable and well appointed
Comfortable and well appointed. Lovely beds and linen. Our communication with the property manager was efficient and quick and they dealt with a minor issue promptly. It feels like a well loved home and the garden is worth a visit on its own.
