The property is close by to restaurant Casita Miro and a 10-minute walk along the road leads to picturesque white sands of Onetangi beach with its 2.5 kilometers of white sand and a further 10-minutes down the beach leads to the Onetangi waterfront restaurants and cafes. The view from the garden are the vines of Obsidian Vineyard which is a working vineyard, its wine is available at Postage Stamp tasting room along the Onetangi Straight.

There is off road Parking for two wheel drive vehicles.
