Luxe Apartment on Moa is a warm, inviting 1 bedroom apartment set between Oneroa and Blackpool beaches, designed for easy island living.

There are no cooking facilities at the property which means you can enjoy all the village has to offer.

With generous indoor spaces, peaceful outlooks, and a wide deck, it’s a comfortable retreat for up to two guests.

The Apartment features a comfortable queen bed positioned beside the garden outlook. The bathroom is well finished, tiled, and fitted with modern fixtures, including a walk-in shower and a wide vanity.

The deck is one of the standout features with it's surrounding greenery, it’s a private place to sit outside, enjoy the fresh air, and watch the light change across the skies.

Luxe Apartment on Moa is only a short distance from Oneroa Village, making it easy to enjoy local cafés, relaxed daytime dining, and evening restaurants. There are a mulitude of places for Breakfast lunch an dinner. We love The Waiheke Store for a coffee and incredible pastries or for breakfast we love Wai Kitchen which offers lovely views over Oneroa Bay or Fenices for the best eggs benedict.

For lunch, Fenice also provides a laid-back daytime option of Italian classics right in the centre of the village and has a sunny outdoor veranda, and The Local offers simple, family-friendly meals close to the beach. Dinner choices nearby include The Oyster Inn for coastal-inspired dishes in a relaxed dining room. Two of Waiheke’s most iconic wineries, Mudbrick and Cable Bay, are also close by, offering elevated dining with wide sea views. and there is a plethora of world renowned vineyards and restaurants a short drive away.
