Moa 30 Runga is a private, standalone villa with peaceful rural and sea views, just minutes from the cafés, restaurants, and shops of Oneroa Village. With a modern, bespoke design, warm natural light, and a quiet outlook over native planting, it’s an easy retreat where you can sit on the deck, listen to the birds, and watch the sun go down in complete privacy.
This newly built villa is fully self-contained and designed around open-plan living that feels bright, warm, and welcoming. The living area connects naturally to the outdoor deck through large sliding doors, giving you a sense of space and openness when the weather is fine. The windows frame green bush views and glimpses of the water, creating a calm atmosphere throughout the day and amazing sunsets the enening.
The kitchen is compact and modern with clean lines and everything you need for simple meal preparation. The lounge area is arranged for easy evenings, with comfortable seating and plenty of natural light.
The bedroom sits within the same open-plan layout and opens directly to the deck, so you can wake to soft morning light and step straight outside. The bathroom is beautifully finished with tiled walls, a modern vanity, and a walk-in shower, giving the villa a high-quality, luxurious feel. The outdoor area is sheltered and private, surrounded by greenery with views toward the coast. It’s a peaceful place for morning coffee, afternoon reading, or an easy evening outdoors as the light changes across the landscape.
