Te Mana Estate Beachfront House has four bedrooms (two with en-suite), indoor open plan living area with fireplace, separate TV lounge with Netflix & Google Movies, multi outdoor lounge areas with outdoor fire, spa and swim spa pool with swim jet & treadmill.
Access to a secluded beach, views of Auckland city including the sky tower, sunsets, kayaks & paddle boards. House can sleep 2-8 people across four bedrooms. The house also offers a private mooring.
Te Mana Estate is 2.25 acres and has three separate dwellings on the property:
The Main Beachhouse offers four bedrooms sleeping 8 guests
Top floor:

There are two further self contained guest suites with their own spa which can sleep an additional 4 guests in total

The suites can be interconnected to create a two bedroom unit
The Entire property can be booked exclusively and for private functions on request.
Unless organised with the owners, strictly no parties or additional guests at the property. Failure to adhere to these rules will result in immediate eviction with no refund.
Each stay incurs an exit clean and linen hire fee of $ 870

We had multiple areas to relax & celebrate
We stayed at Te Mana for a special celebration an it was perfect for our group of 12. The house is beautifully set up with plenty of space, great amenities and thoughtful touches throughout. We had multiple areas to relax, celebrate and spend time together without ever feeling crowded or weather dependent. Highly recommend for a memorable stay.
