This property captures sunsets and gives breathtaking views along Onetangi Beach. Garrett View offers spacious luxury accommodation and is just a short stroll down a track to the beach.
You enter the house by the beautiful courtyard and step into the view! With open plan living space and huge floor to ceiling windows which open out on to sun drenched balcony , you can soak up the expansive beach vista that stretches out to sea. The setting is extremely private and exquisitely beautiful .
The property is fully equipped with all you could need for a great holiday at the beach. Relax in the spa in the courtyard, soak up the stunning view, or take the walkway that runs from the garden directly down to the beach and swim in the crystal clear water at Onetangi.
This Onetangi location gives you convenience to all of the local cafes, shops and bars. there are multiple award winning vineyards close by.
This beautifully presented home, set over two levels, offers a huge living space on the top level and downstairs offers 3 separate bedrooms and two bathrooms and a powder room . Master ensuite which opens out onto the lower deck , bedroom 2 which also opens onto the deck and bedroom 3 with bunk bed. There is a further bathroom and separate powder room. sleeping up to 7 guests. The perfect family getaway designed to entertain on every level.

TV lounge with sea facing balcony - with bifold doors onto the seaview and main rear covered courtyard with pool table / outdoor fire and seating / Gas BBQ and spa and outdoor shower.

Each stay incurs a $335 charge for quality linen, towels and exit clean, so you have nothing to do but relax, refresh and enjoy.

Immaculate, spectacular, perfect!
A simply immaculate home in a perfect location with a heart stoppingly stunning view. Every imaginable amenity in a home designed, finished and furnished to the highest possible specification. Our few days in this perfect property was a wonderful way to finish our six weeks in magical New Zealand. Simply wonderful.
The house was simply beautiful
The house was simply beautiful. The view was stunning, the decoration was great and functional. We really wish we had stayed longer as it was the perfect base to explore Waiheke while enjoying the view, really close to vineyards and walking distance to the beach. We loved it!!

Has an amazing view and walking access down to the beach. Very generous space inside and out. On the beach front we went to a few restaurants and returned to one recommended. Our contact, Kym, was easy to reach when needed and helpful. We definitely plan on returning.

Great accommodation with incredible views over Onetangi beach and sunsets. Well appointed so you can bring your own food to cook or BBQ. Lovely outside area with outdoor fireplace and wood, spa pool, and table tennis/pool table. Sleeping space is downstairs with living space upstairs. Speaker provided and access to WiFi and guest TV subscriptions. Overall, this is a fabulous accommodation.
