The Hibiscus has been fully modernised to an impeccable standard and is set out over 2 floors, with separate living areas upstairs & down, with 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. So plenty of space for large family groups. The Entrance is on the top floor via the wraparound deck, the hallways leads to The kitchen and open plan dining & living area with french doors onto the huge deck . Off the living area is the master ensuite bedroom with a huge picture window with views over the gardens to the sea. On this level are a further 2 bedrooms (a king & a bunk room) and the family bathroom.
Downstairs are 2 twin bedrooms, and a huge games room. This has a full size pool table, along with a media area. A huge laundry and further bathroom and outdoor shower to rinse off in after the beach.
This is the perfect spot for a relaxed family holiday! Located between three great restaurant/bars and a short walk from the Onetangi supermarket - enjoy the convenience of this location. It is the perfect base to explore everything the island has to offer including worldclass vineyards and luxury dining , to unforgettable beaches and coastal living - everything the island has to offer is on your doorstep.
Each stay incurs a one off fee of $ 380 for exit clean and linen hire.

This accommodation is gorgeous with lovely outlook over the palms and ocean. Positioned beautifully right next door to 3 great restaurants/cafes, this Air B&B is a real find. Not to mention the fabulous pool table downstairs. Hours of fun!
The games room downstairs is a great space for all ages
Our family of seven (including one pre schooler) had a great stay at this beautiful home. Three bedrooms (two doubles, one bunk room) upstairs, two twin rooms downstairs so plenty of options. The master bedroom (en-suite) is off the lounge and is absolutely stunning. Well appointed throughout, the bathrooms are fresh and modern. The games room downstairs is a great space for all ages. Great views from the living room, master bedroom and wrap around deck. The beach is literally across the road and there is a big lawn (shared) out front for pétanque or soccer etc. Restaurants and takeaways next door. Peaceful yet handy location. We loved it!

We had a great stay overall. The location is excellent with easy beach access, and the outdoor areas are fantastic for spending time together as a group. The outdoor shower was a highlight, and the kitchen was very well equipped for cooking and entertaining. The living space and outdoor setup worked really well for socialising. Overall, a lovely spot with great amenities, particularly for families or mixed groups.

Excellent location on Onetangi beach but setback for privacy. Beautifully refurbished. Spacious with downstairs rumpus room/ games room excellent for older kids. Well equipped kitchen and pantry. Comfortable beds with good quality linen. Ample parking behind the property. Loved it, we will be back!

Lovely apartment, ideal for our family group. The downstairs TV/billards room was a fantastic asset giving family members space to be apart. Welcoming bottle of wine was a very nice touch. Perfect location.

Fantastic place! Our party booked lodgings all around but The Hibiscus was definitely the nicest and biggest of all. We loved the location across from the beach and near restaurants, and thought the house had a homey and peaceful feeling. The rooms were very comfortable and the kids loved having their own space and we loved playing pool with them. We spent two lovely days there, and should have booked a longer stay. We definitely recommend this place and will certainly look to book it again in the future!

I had my 40th here. Fist time to Waiheke for me. The house was incredible. Beautifully situated, extremely well presented. Our host was incredible from booking to leaving we were very well informed. Perfect spot would be even better in the Summer.
