Located on the uphill side of Little Oneroa, this private north facing, beach bach makes for super easy living and is a perfect Island escape.
Spilling out onto a sunny north-facing deck, open plan living opens to lovely sea views across the Bay. You'll love the ever-changing hues of light and water colour while watching the boating activity in the Bay.
The layout of three bedrooms and 1 bathroom, ease of open plan living area and lovely sea views and North facing decks provide plenty of flexibility whether a group of friend or family. Just a short stroll down to Little Oneroa Beach or meander into the village. Tawa cottage is the perfect holiday spot.

You will never get sick of the views from the house and verandah
Highly recommend Tawa Cottage to those wanting to be close to Oneroa town. We drove most of the island and our preference was definitely Oneroa. You will never get sick of the views from the house and verandah. It is an older house so nothing overly glamorous (other than tbe view) but it comes with everything you could need for a very comfortable stay. Really appreciated the extra throw rugs on the cosy lounges. They provided more towels than one per person which I also Love! The beds are super comfortable with beautiful bedding. The complimentary bottle of red wine was very much enjoyed, thank you! Would highly recommend Tawa Cottage to anyone looking for a cosy and convenient stay on Waiheke Island.

We would not hesitate to stay again
We had an absolutely wonderful stay. We would not hesitate to stay again. It was perfect to be able to bring our two little dogs. Just a short 10 min walk into Oneroa.

Fabulous stay, soft beds, air con in every room, easy to get to the beach and walk to town, but stop at the bottom of the road just perfect. Would love to come back!

Wonderful stay in a wonderful location! This house is beautifully decorated and feels so peaceful. Having heat pumps (air con) in every room was a game changer. The proximity to Little Oneroa was delightful but I will note the house is situated just up a steep hill from the beach, so you must be comfortable walking up and down the hill to enjoy the proximity to the beach! It’s also SUPER close to bus stops going in both directions. The hosts were so communicative and accomodating for us, which was so helpful as we were traveling with a toddler and baby. Thank you!!

Fabulous cottage and location
Our 5 night stay here was fabulous. The cottage is comfy & well equipped, and the sunny deck with views is just perfect! The location is perfect for a stay on Waiheke Island as it's just across the road from the sublime Little Oneroa Beach (with amazing fish & chip shop) & only a short walk into town for shopping & many more dining options.
