When you enter the house - the open plan living area has huge floor to ceiling windows which open out on to sun drenched deck with a lawn that stretches out towards the sea. The setting is extremely private and exquisitely beautiful . 

The property is fully equipped with all you could need for a great holiday at the beach. Relax in the spa on the front deck and soak up the stunning view, or take the walkway that runs from the garden directly down to the beach and swim in the crystal clear water at Onetangi.

Being in a central Onetangi location gives you convenience to all of the local cafes, shops and bars. The vineyards of Obsidian and Casita Miro are close by. Many others, like Tantalus, Te Motu or Stonyridge, are only a few minutes away by car.

This beautifully presented home, set over two levels, offers four bedrooms, sleeping up to 10 guests, two living spaces and two large bathrooms

Main living room / dining area / kitchen / bathroom (with Bath) / Super King bedroom.

UPPER LEVEL:

TV lounge with sea facing balcony / Master King bedroom with ensuite shower and private balcony / second queen bedroom

EXTERNAL ACCESS TO:  

Bunk room with 2 sets of Single bunks - accessed via its own door NB EXTERNAL ACCESS ONLY, sleeping up to 4 guests.

Each stay incurs a $380 charge for quality linen, towels and exit clean, so you have nothing to do but relax, refresh and enjoy.

Please note that this house is suitable for a maximum of 8 adults 2 children, and not 10 adults

Minimum stay:

7 nights from mid-December to mid-January

4 nights rest of January and over Easter

3 nights over all holiday weekends

2 nights at all other times
