With its breathtaking views over Onetangi Beach, Pah View House has one of the premium Waiheke locations, and offers very spacious Luxury accommodation. Located just a short 200 m walk down a track to the beach.
When you enter the house - the open plan living area has huge floor to ceiling windows which open out on to sun drenched deck with a lawn that stretches out towards the sea. The setting is extremely private and exquisitely beautiful .
The property is fully equipped with all you could need for a great holiday at the beach. Relax in the spa on the front deck and soak up the stunning view, or take the walkway that runs from the garden directly down to the beach and swim in the crystal clear water at Onetangi.
Being in a central Onetangi location gives you convenience to all of the local cafes, shops and bars. The vineyards of Obsidian and Casita Miro are close by. Many others, like Tantalus, Te Motu or Stonyridge, are only a few minutes away by car.
This beautifully presented home, set over two levels, offers four bedrooms, sleeping up to 10 guests, two living spaces and two large bathrooms

Bunk room with 2 sets of Single bunks - accessed via its own door NB EXTERNAL ACCESS ONLY, sleeping up to 4 guests.
Each stay incurs a $380 charge for quality linen, towels and exit clean, so you have nothing to do but relax, refresh and enjoy.
Please note that this house is suitable for a maximum of 8 adults 2 children, and not 10 adults

This was a beautiful property with the most picturesque setting and view. The home was presented to a high standard with everything you would need. It is airy and has plenty of space to accommodate up to 10 people, 4 of which are in a bunk room with external access. There is a 4 Square at the end of the road for convenience. The nearest supermarket is about an 8-10 minute drive. There are no restaurants in walking distance so having a car is ideal to get around. Waiheke is a beautiful place to visit for a weekend or a longer stay.

An absolute haven for my 50th birthday. Views you could just stare at all day…no need to leave or be anywhere else. A+ for sleeping with nice beds & bedding. Everything you need! Sleep out more for kids/teens. Upstairs bathroom/ensuite only bathroom upstairs so have to share or send other upstairs bedroom folks downstairs! Very cozy & comfortable.

Amazing Pah View!!
Absolutely wonderful stay at Pah View house. We were there as a family group and we just loved it. Had all you needed for a fab stay. It was so peaceful and relaxing. The main bedroom and ensuite was great. Waking up to that view wow!! And the huge shower room was awesome. Opening all the house up was great and honestly the view from the lawn was breathtaking and so spacious out there too. Awesome having the spa this was so well used. Everything about the house is wonderful. We will definitely be back. Thank you for an amazing stay.
The views were simply breathtaking
We absolutely loved our stay on Pah Road — the views were simply breathtaking. Waking up to the ocean right outside the bedroom window was a true highlight. The beach and local eateries were easily accessible via the path right beside the house, which made everything super convenient. The house was perfect for a group of mums looking to unwind — we soaked in the spa, enjoyed the sea breeze, watched movies, and even managed a sleep-in or two! The beds and linen were top quality, and the winter deal offered incredible value. We’d book again in a heartbeat.
Fantastic Spot
Wow what a fantastic house! It is very spacious, well-appointed and stylish. Comfy couches and lots of nice pillows. Beds very comfortable. Great location above Onetangi Beach (the walk down the steps is quite step though!) but an easy walk into the village. The spa was lovely and very nice setting. Only thing we did not love was the bunkroom - not really suitable for four adults - two at the most, but probably better for kids over 10yrs as the entrance is from outside. Really want to come back!! Also recommend doing the Zip Line and lunch at Man O War. thanks
